REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from NexGen Peptides.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY – NO CONSUMER RETURNS

All products sold by NexGen Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Misunderstanding of product purpose
  • Delays caused by postal services or customs
  • Products that have been opened, handled, or stored after delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final except where outlined below.

2. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the internal and external packaging
  • Your order number

Reports made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Once reported, we will submit a claim to Royal Mail.

If Royal Mail accepts the claim, we will either issue a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

3. LOST OR MISDELIVERED PARCELS

If your order appears to be lost or misdelivered, please contact us so we can raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Please note:

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until Royal Mail completes its investigation
  • Investigations may take several business days
  • If Royal Mail confirms delivery to the correct address (including GPS confirmation), no refund or replacement can be offered

If Royal Mail accepts the claim, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

4. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements where:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address was provided
  • The parcel was delivered to the address entered at checkout
  • The parcel was delivered to a nominated safe place

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange re-delivery subject to a £10.50 re-shipping fee.

5. CUSTOMS SEIZURES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that peptides can be legally imported into their country.

NexGen Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Parcels seized or rejected by customs
  • Import restrictions or regulatory enforcement
  • Customs delays
  • Duties, taxes, or handling fees

Orders affected by customs issues are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

6. SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES

If Royal Mail confirms delivery to a nominated safe place, delivery is considered complete.

NexGen Peptides does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage once delivery has been confirmed to a safe place.

7. CANCELLED ORDERS

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
