SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered by NexGen Peptides.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. DISPATCH TIMES
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm (Monday–Friday) will be processed the following working day.
- Orders placed after 9:00am on Saturdays will be processed on Monday.
Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to operational delays.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
We offer both UK and international delivery options:
- UK Tracked Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24
- International Tracked Delivery – Estimated 5–10 business days, depending on destination
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or their international delivery partners.
Please note:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is an estimated delivery aim, not a guaranteed service. Royal Mail defines delivery times as targets only, and parcels may occasionally take longer to arrive due to high volumes, weather conditions, customs processes, or other unforeseen delays.
3. PROOF OF DELIVERY
Royal Mail provides GPS tracking and proof of delivery when a parcel is scanned as delivered.
If Royal Mail confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the correct address provided at checkout — including confirmation by GPS location or delivery scan — NexGen Peptides cannot issue a refund or replacement.
If you believe a delivery has been mis-scanned or incorrectly confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist by raising an investigation with Royal Mail and will update you once the outcome is confirmed.
4. TRACKING
All tracked services include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates provided by the carrier.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into their country.
NexGen Peptides is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Seized or rejected parcels
- Import restrictions or regulatory enforcement
- Customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities
Once a parcel leaves the UK, responsibility for import compliance rests with the customer.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your address details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the parcel is delivered elsewhere, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately before dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
A £10.50 re-delivery fee will apply to cover postage and handling costs.
7. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING ORDERS
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of:
- The damaged product
- The external and internal packaging
Reports made after this period cannot be accepted.
Once reported, we will submit a claim to Royal Mail. Upon claim approval, we will either issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Misdelivered Parcels
As the sender, NexGen Peptides is responsible for submitting claims to Royal Mail for lost or mis-delivered parcels.
- Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until Royal Mail completes its investigation.
- If Royal Mail accepts the claim, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
- If the claim is denied (for example, GPS data confirms delivery to the correct address), no refund or replacement can be offered.
SAFE PLACE DELIVERY
If Royal Mail Tracked 24 confirms delivery to a nominated safe place — or a safe place selected under Royal Mail’s delivery options — delivery will be considered complete.
NexGen Peptides does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage once delivery has been confirmed to a safe place.
